We can even provide servers, bartenders, dinnerware, and a custom printed menu for each of your guests. Please note that we require a minimum of eight guests for bookings on Fridays and Saturdays. As an Executive Chef at various restaurants such as Fabergé, Bistro Galanté, and Kanpai Snack Bar, I had the privilege of leading and managing professional kitchens across Canada. My dedication and hard work earned me a reputation as a skilled chef creating innovative and memorable dishes.
Throughout my career, I've also had the pleasure of providing intimate in-home dining experiences over 11 years, where I have had the opportunity to cook for a diverse range of clients, including celebrities and high-profile individuals.
